La-Z-Boy furniture quality seems to be at a all time low. But the prices seem to be at a all time high. I spent thousands on a living room set from them. A couch, love seat and recliner. The couch has had the hinges replaced under "warranty" at the cost of around $60. Some warranty; when I think warranty I think free replacement of faulty parts. Labor included. The material on my recliner wore though within two years of light use. I sit on the couch far more often, which is made out of the same material, and it has not worn through. When this was bought to La-Z-Boy attention they basically told me sorry about your luck. I will NEVER buy La-Z-Boy furniture again. I've had cheap furniture last longer. For the price I could of bought a new cheap recliner 3 times over. The people at the store were nice and tried to be helpful. The warranty decisions were out of their hands. This is the only reason for 2 stars and not 1.
Sarah and Tiffany were able to help us create the exact couch we wanted, it will match our recliner we purchased last year!! We knew exactly how much we were going to pay and what we were paying for before we came close to sealing the deal. They were attentive to our needs, and took care of us without any pressure to place an order. We will remain customers of the Laz Boy in Lafayette for as long as it's around.
I had a wonderful experience at La-Z-boy furniture store at the Lafayette location. Sara and Tiffany were wonderful to work with. They came to our home and measured our living room and spoke to us about what we were interested in, they helped us pick out furniture, rugs and art work. They were very patient and helpful. They will come back to our home when our furniture comes in and place furniture where it needs to go, put the rugs in place, and hang the art work for us. We are so pleased with the wonderful service. Sara and Tiffany have definitely gone above and beyond expectation.
Jeff Conner was our sales rep. Very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He was easy to talk to and very helpful we will recommend him highly to our friends. We were greeted by a smile & a friendly hello! Sara was very friendly, helpful & answered all of our questions! She did not hover over us but did check back with us. We came back a couple of days later. Sara was not there at this time, so Stephanie checked on us. She was very friendly & answered all of our questions as well. Said she would let Sara know we had been in. I came back later the same day, talked with Sara and made my purchase! It was a very nice experience and will definitely go back!!!
