Called Rose and Walker (recommended by another contractor) twice regarding a job to add additional blow in insulation in my home. A pleasant lady took my contact info and told me that "Tyler" would get back to me. Never received a return call. Rose and Walker is off the list.
I called to get some info and a lead-time on a product, the kid that answered the phone acted like I was asking for his first-born. So agrees to do his job and call the supplier, he calls back two hours later and tells me I need to call the supplier.
Called and they didn't answer phone, needed pricing and always went to voicemail, time was4:50 right before they closed at 5.
I wouldn't give them any stars if it would let me.
