Greg and Lisa came to our house after we'd had a moderately severe fire. During a time of extreme stress and chaos, they were amazing . For months, they lead us through procedures and helped us through this incredibly trying time. I know that they are a business that has to worry about their bottom line, but we never got the slightest feeling that was their priority. Over and over throughout these months, Greg and Lisa consistently checked in on us to see what the status was on getting us back into our home even if those things were not necessarily their responsibility. In a day and age where customer service seems to be an endangered species, this Servpro team reminded us of what a company that truly cares about their customers is like. We can never thank them enough for all that they did (and as of right now, in fact, are still doing) for us. Because of the nature of their business, we hope that we don't need their services again, but absolutely know that if we or anyone we know needed restoration and cleaning services, they would be the first phone call we would make.
