Love it there ! Every time great girls helping me . And even exchanged a eyeliner my daughter bought from a month ago bc it didn't wear well. Love the little free trial samples and they always recommend the best stuff !

It was crazy busy in there they were having an event and not enough staff for the amount of customers that were in there. I waited for assistance for 1hr 30 min the girls just kept walking past me every time I asked for help with a color match. I got very upset went outside called back in to speak with a manager she was very pleasant and did explain that there was an event going on and had more staff coming in. I told her I would be back in an hour or so as I had an appointment to go to. I went back the assistant manager got me matched with the correct color I needed and the manager did apologize for the inconvenience. I'm giving 4 stars as I was treated well after I spoke with management, hopefully corporate will help with staffing during events so customers are helped more quickly during an event as this.
Girls do not welcome you in, they do not want to help you out. They just pretend they do not see you, the store is always running out of makeup. I like the Sephora brand eyeliner, I waited a few months for them to restock, still nothing. You're better off ordering online or shopping somewhere else.
