I have gone to Unity for so long and my wrist surgeon Dr Bauman did an amazing job on both wrist surgeries and told me things that might happen later in life and he's so kynd and the unity surgery staff has been amazing and I have had a lot of shots in my back with the most amazing doctor and woman I've ever known so I got to know the staff and I could go on and on about them but I highly recommend anyone that needs a procedure and some of the unity doctors. I didn't give 5 stars only because the unity billing have not tried to set up a payment arrangement and I don't have more than 600 dollars a month so besides that~Perfect staff, timing and a lot of grate doctors.
I've had knee surgery done there. They are quick and caring. I was in at 8am & home before noon. The nurses were nice & the surgeon was quick. He seemed to genuinely care about me. Took the time to address all my concerns. I would recommend them to anyone
Great staff was nervous about my surgery and everyone did a great job and made my surgery as pleasant as possible.
The center is ok. But when u go to pay a bill that is only 6 month old and they send it to collection and tell u there is nothing they can do and u are wanting to pay the full bill and they say there is nothing they can do they do not work with u. And the billing department people are very rude and not polite to people
My experience was horrible, the 3 nurses I had to deal with were rude and uncaring. I have small veins so getting an IV can be difficult so I told them where to put it , the first nurse wouldn't even try, the second nurse wouldn't listen to me at all, dismissed my opinion completely and was rude, she tried twice with no luck, the 3rd nurse did finally get it in, but again very rude and ruff with me. Now I have 3 knots and 3 bruises . And the doctor was so uncaring.
