I just want to thank everyone at Millers for making our disaster a home again. Jessica was wonderful to work with. She made sure we got what we wanted. The crew that came out and put the floor in were great. They went out of their way to make sure we were pleased and happy with our new floors. They were very kind and even asked if their compressor would wake our granddaughter. They are the best. If you want good service as well as a good product go see them at Millers.
After trusting Miller's flooring for several past projects, I decided to let this company handle a big projects in my house, i.e. putting on hardwood floors in the whole house and redoing the fireplace with the installation of tiles. I wished I trusted somebody else for this big project... at the beginning it should have been a three-days labor project but it turned out to be a SIX-WEEKS one!!! The whole project was poorly managed, the owner Mr. Miller came himself to take measures for ordering the materials no need to say that we lost a week due to a lack of materials supply (what a way to do the job...). One of the contractors ripped a wall while removing the baseboard, I had to pay for the repairs!!! Miller's flooring did not want to hear about that. To put it in a nutshell, this was an horrible experience with absolutely no communication from the company. A contractor came one day to the house and did not even know what he was supposed to do!!! What is that supposed to mean... I will let the reader of this review make his or her own mind. In the end, the project is not even finished but I still had to pay a full bill despite all the drawbacks and problems created by this company. For the readers courageous enough to be at this part of the review, I urge you not to trust this company for any project in your house. You will for sure find better and cheaper elsewhere.
I had my kitchen and dining room done in vinyl planking, living room in carpet, and master bathroom in tile. All done my Miller's flooring. Laura was amazing to work with helping me select the flooring for the look in my home that I was after. Her eye for decorating was so much appreciated. The work crews, including Saul, were on time and meticulous in their work. I could not be happier with the transformation of my home. Thank You!
Miller's did a wonderful job installing the flooring in our kitchen . We have used them in the past and have never had any problems. Diane was a huge help in getting this done. The process was very smooth thanks to her.
Emily was awesome to work with! The moment I walked in she was extremely helpful in pulling samples, giving suggestions, and asking good questions that helped lead to the selection of flooring that replaced my current kitchen and bath. She asked detailed questions I never would have thought of. She made it relatively easy to pick out flooring I now love and the installation process was great too.
