I bought my washer/dryer from Reeces a number of years ago (and got a great deal!). My washer just went on the fritz and I called for a repair. They said someone would be at my house between 11am-12pm. The repairman showed up promptly at 11am. He was very polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. I was a little concerned the repair would be quite costly. He was very efficient and found the issue rather quickly. He said it could be the pump/motor but he checked for blockages just to be sure. He ended up saving me about $100 by finding a piece of rubber blocking the pump. Wonderful service!! I would HIGHLY recommend Reeces for both purchasing and repair!! They really aim to do what is best for the customer. They are very honest. It was a great experience all around! Thank you so much!!
My dryer stopped working, so I decided to call Reeces. The technician came out the next day at a time that was convenient for me. In 20 minutes he had diagnosed the problem and ordered the part he needed. He refused payment for the house call, since the problem was not yet fixed. In just a few days the part arrived and the dryer was fixed. The price was quite reasonable. I will definitely call Reeces next time
Crowded with appliances but had the ones we wanted in stock so no complaints! Salesperson answered all our questions and setup delivery in a couple days.
