I feel we get quick responses that are complete when we ask for info or changes.. When comparing apples to apples I feel Allstate has been hard to beat in price, yet it is difficult to compare since I believe Allstate( but probable truer of Jan's agency) has more built into the service end of every policy. I think every agency has its own personality so I just want to say in the 40 years of being a car and home owner insurance consumer, the last two years with Jan Nielsen's agency has been the best and the most well informed.
