My husband and I have worked with Jenna for about 4 years now for our auto and renters, and we highly recommend her! She always patient with my many questions and answers them in a timely manner, even if it's not during normal business hours.
We found Jenna because we were transferred from another agent that is no longer with the company. The other agent was OK but Jenna is great. She is very competent. She asks a lot of questions so that she can find the best discounts that her company can offer. After getting all available discounts, she then calculates various deductibles and coverages to look for the best bang for the buck. She primarily deals with Farmer's insurance.
Now I will say something good about Farmers insurance. We had shopped around for car insurance with several large companies--including insurance from my wife's employer. Farmers gave us the best price. Recently, I had a small parking lot accident with my truck that cost Farmers about $2700. I was worried about the rates going up too much. They did go up, but less than expected. They went up about $10 per month which would drop off after 3 years for a total eventual cost to me of $360. I thought that was reasonable.
We changed from another insurance carrier a little over a year and a half ago because it seemed like every time we came up for renewal, the price was increasing. So our initial reason was changing for cost, but it turned out we got way more than that. We got better coverage, additional coverage we didn't previously have, and actually still saved about 30 - 40 dollars a month.
Jenna and her staff are very professional, remember you by name and actually want to help. We recently purchased a new vehicle, and over 2 quick emails had coverage and the proof already faxed to the dealership. When we showed up to pickup the vehicle, the salesman was so surprised that we had it added to our policy already. That's just a small sample of just how easy it is to work with Isch Insurance Services. If you want an agent you can count on, Jenna's the one for you.
Repeat of my social media review: I was upset when Frank retired, I didn't think anyone could replace him. I was wrong. We were give to Jenna Isch. She and her staff are best! They take the time to get to know you so you can have the best coverage for you. When there are changes that need to be made the office is quick to respond. Love Farmers for its honesty and speedy response time and my agent for being a real person who cares. Thanks Jenna!
I own a business and also got the best rate from Farmers on workman's comp insurance. I know there are other good insurance companies out there. Farmers is one of the good ones--and Jenna is great as an agent.
When buying a new car 4 years ago, I had Jenna quote my home, autos, etc. While the rate was great, what set Jenna apart was the research she did behind the scenes. Because of her I found that I'd been paying property tax based on my home having a basement since it was built. That resulted in a refund of property tax and correct records with the county! Through my business I've also provided service to some of Jenna's clients. They have all been extremely pleased with her personal and helpful service!
