Paid $89 to have them come out and tell me there's nothing wrong but a dirty filter... now it's 60 degrees inside. -12 outside and no-one else to call because it's a holiday. So upset. Use anyone else but these guys. Lazy and not helpful in the least.
THEY RIPPED US OFF. IT COULD HAVE BEEN FIXED WITH ONLY $100-200, BUT THEY TOLD US WE HAD TO REPLACE EVERYTHING. WE DID A $5000 REPLACEMENT. I ONLY FOUND OUT ABOUT THIS NOW AND I'M FURIOUS. NEVER TRUST THEM.
Let's start by saying my service tech is a great guy who knows his stuff. His name is Mike C, he was very professional, clean, and very focused on the job at hand. If you ever need anything plumbing done I highly recommend him. Thank you very much sir, very professional work. Can't say enough good about him.
Quoted a higher BTU than installed, quote include air purifier but did not install, placed pipes in the way of the door, created a leak then charged us to fix after saying we'll have Mike fix that tomorrow, he's a plumber too.....won't come back out and make this right. Avoiding us now.
