Do not use this company. I had a basement flooded because of failure of sump pump. They came to repair it. One week later, water came up from sump pump again and I kept calling them on that day.Some one said they will call me back soon. But no one replied my phone call on normal business hours. My basement flooded again on that day. Horrible Service!!!
Very courteous staff and always professional. Had our small water heater replaced in our office using their suggestions on what would fit due to the limited space and location of the existing one. Benjamin Franklin has helped me on two different occasions. One, replacing a water softener. Frank did a neat installation and left the work area clean. Second, our water heater stopped working on Saturday night. I called early Sunday morning, thinking I'd get an answering service. Matt answered the phone himself! Then he came over to our house. He fixed the problem by flushing the sediment out of the tank. You can trust Matt to tell you the truth and do the job right.
