5 visits to fix a air conditioner that was leaking and causing property damage to the unit below. Finally I bypassed my home warranty company and called someone who knew what they were doing to get the problem fixed. Absolutely would not recommend their service.
The F&S crew did a fantastic job replacing my non-functioning furnace during the first cold spell of the fall! Lee, David and James were professional, competent and efficient. The price was in the ballpark with other companies, and Lee did a good job of explaining the problem with the 25 year old furnace that needed to be replaced and how to remedy it's issues and be more effective. He was right. The new furnace works very well with the minor changes they made to the ducts and cold air returns.
Even though it was late and I'm sure they would have rather been home with their families when they finished and got the heat going, they cleaned the area better than they found it, and made sure I knew how to use the new thermostat before leaving. I'm very satisfied with their work and have no problem recommending them to others.
I would definitely call them again great prices. Justin and James were very nice, clean and quick.
F&S Williams came out to my house last week and installed our brand new water softener. They arrived on time and began installation right away. Installation did not take them long and were very courteous the whole time. Once they were done they showed me how the softener works and to call if we had any issues. Great service and will be using them in the future! I will definitely recommend them to everyone who ask!
