I rented an apartment through Candor Realty from August 2014 to August 2015. My experience finding the apartment sight-unseen was great - I was originally slated to rent a different apartment than the one I ended up in, but due to a management error that resulted in an employee being fired, I was offered the apartment at a discount. The unit originally had coin-operated laundry, but when the machines broke down, they were replaced with free units. The only problem I had that required maintenance was a leaky garbage disposal, which they handled in a reasonable amount of time. I signed a lease for a second year in January, but ended up needing to move out in August - I notified them a month before I intended to move out, they relisted my apartment, and then successfully rented it out a few days after I left. After I moved out, I received my entire security deposit back. My experience with Candor Realty was fantastic, and I definitely recommend them to anyone looking to rent in the Greater Lafayette area.
