Very good service as they were friendly. Food came fast. Good taste.
Just went through the drive-thru. They forgot my barbecue sauce and shorted me two chicken fries in each order. apparently 9 actually means 7. Tried to call in when I noticed and no one answered the phone.
They are just so rude and take there sweet time but the food is good
Terrible customer service and its really upsetting that the manager is extremely rude. Especially when their employees make costumers feel uncomfortable and she doesn't care as long as it doesn't happen to HER. Very sad.
I used to stay away from this location due to cleanliness, but it appears to have changed for the better. Christopher took my order and was very polite and helpful on suggesting a way to save money. Thanks so much. Food was awesome as usual. -1 star due to very chilly inside, almost felt like the AC was on and soda machine button sticks causing over flow. I hate these machines at all restaurants due to this and I'm assuming it sticks because it isn't cleaned properly or often enough.
