The customer service is great but I feel there is a lack of communication among the staff. This is the 3rd time my order has been wrong from this location. They have all been minor errors but when it happens 3/5 times you order from one place; it just gets irritating. Will still order again but will be checking each order before signing from now on.

We eat here a LOT. We have a large collection of their cups up in our cabinets from how often we take advantage of their $16.99 large pizza, bread sticks, and 2 drinks special. I have to be honest, the pizza isn't my favorite, but it's not bad and the service is always friendly and they are fast! Plus, if you work at SIA, they give you a free order of breadsticks!!
Great pizza & sides. Make sure to order breadsticks with cheese. They're wonderful!
I work nearby sometimes and usually come yo HotBox on those days for the Lunchbox deal: Choose 2/3: salad, slice of pizza, bread sticks for $5.99. So worth it! I always get the pizza and sticks and then get a drink. I just have to remember to sneak my cups home so my boyfriend doesn't get mad I went there without him :)
