Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Josey the girl working the drive thru, was the most sarcastic and snobbiest person I have come into contact with in a very long time. I have been in management a very long time and I would have absolutely no issue in separating employment with an associate like herself.
Use to be good but for the past month or so hardly any of the food is ever prepared! Maybe there's more to it than I know but I don't understand personally how that is possible. Lol good KFC tho. Clean. Friendly staff. I would recommend going there if it's the closest one but u may have to wait a bit for your food.
Generally KFC has good food and quick service, but my last visit challenged that opinion. I asked if they had the Zinger at this location. They didn't but said I could get a Chicken Little for a similar experience. I went with the suggestion and they made it in the Nashville Hot sauce. I've had this sauce before and it was good, but this time it seemed to be prepared with an entire container of salt and vat of oil. It was the saltiest, greasiest mess I've ever seen come from KFC. Probably will be hesitant to return based on this experience.
We ordered the $20 bucket with we thought it was 2 sides but got 3. Plus 4 biscuits. It was the extra crispy. Really enjoyed it!!
I was an employee there. The GM of the store, Tyler is very rude to the employees and has favorites. The company also was smart enough to hire a convicted Child Moletser as a manager!!! The smartest idea KFC. I will say though, of the few employees I liked (Barb, Matt, Olivia, Julia, and Kristy etc.), the managers Lupe and Kristy were so nice and treated everyone with the amount of respect every person deserves. I would not recommend there, they should learn how to treat there employees with respect and hire better people. Get a better GM also....
