My wife's and I favorite place. Great food. Great service. Staff and Managers are absolutely great people. Thanks guys. Keep up the good work
We were seated quickly, and drink orders taken promptly. We ordered the endless shrimp. Our waitress, Veronica, did a great job! She kept our drinks and shrimp orders refilled. The most enjoyable part was our conversation with her about local hotels. She was very knowledgeable about the area. This added touch made for an enjoyable evening after having been on the road all day.
Went for lunch. One of the only people there but immediately seated by the kitchen. Normally not an issue everything else was not great. We both got crab legs and some were half empty and one set was missing a leg. The menu did not clearly state that the sides we were ordering cost extra and our server did not say anything. We thought they were included in the price as stated in the meal description. When the bill came it was a shock. $75 for two disappointing meals at lunch time is too much. Go down town to a mom and pop restaurant for more affordable and better food as well as amazing service.
I have been there many times and this time food came out cold. Very short staffed and my lobster tail was over cooked. They did replace it. Waited almost an hour to be seated which seemed to be because no bus boy to clean tables. Host was not smiling and friendly. Server did her best though. Not her fault. No manger on floor. For the price I would expect more.
Food was good and service friendly enough, but we came at lunch and were here an hour before getting our lunch. They offered us "time constraint" options when we first came in, but because we didn't realize it'd take so long, we said we were fine. Next time we'll opt for that option.
