The overall experience was good though the service left a bit to be desired. There wasn't gross negligence but more water glasses not being refilled or the check coming until I waited and asked for it.
The sesame chicken is basically sweet and sour with sesame sprinkled on top and the rice is a soft steamed white rice and not the clumpy and sticky variety that is more authentic to Japanese cuisine. It wouldn't be a big deal except they only set the table with chop sticks so you basically can't eat the rice.
Vegetarian here. I am usually not very disappointed with Asian/Sushi restaurants, as they generally have some good vegetarian food/rolls in their menu. Not this place. Would be nice if they included some better vegetarian options in their menu.
I ordered takeout for the restaurant at 8:30pm, and the food was expected to be delivered between 40-60 minutes. At 9:45pm, I called them and asked where was my food - the lady told me that the driver was on his way and it would be there in 10 minutes. At 10:15pm, my food still wasn't here yet, and I was getting frustrated as I could have went to a proper restaurant, ate, and left in the time it took for me to get here. I decided to give them the last benefit of doubt and waited another 15 minutes. At 10:30pm, I gave them yet another call. This time, they had the audacity to tell me that the order didn't actually get placed! I asked them if they had been lying to me this entire time regarding the numerous 'your order is on your way' comments, and they pretended to not understand me. Finally at 10:50pm when they got my food delivered to me, they decided SO thoughtfully to provide TWO free cans of Coke as an apology. So effectively, I wasted close to 2.5 hours just to get a simple meal delivered and TWO free cans of coke. The graciousness and generosity is simply astounding (not). I won't ever bother with this restaurant again, seeing that there are many other options to get cheap sushi on campus side. Terrible customer service and atrocious attitudes all round.
It was a pretty good experience. Food tasted very good, totally a different but delicious flavor than usual. Service was good as well.
Very nice experience! I had great service. I absolutely loved the matcha green tea! The food was great and delicious.

The sushi was good and I'd be surprised if you can find better closer than Indianapolis.
