Food good. Service was slow. It took quite a while to get drinks.
Our waitress was sooo nice, she checked on us got us drink refills, and suggested a half of a dessert when we said we were getting full. So we got a half of a brownie obsession. It was fantastic. We left her a really good tip. Foods always great.
We were seated very fast and the server got our drinks fast. She did a great job making sure we were ok and we had drinks. I got the bacon cheeseburger here and I was blown away. The cheese on the burger was amazing, I had trouble wrapping my head around who good it was
Really missing the truffle stacked burger but the new menu, better layout, easier to read and pick options, and simplified pages make up for it a little. My fish and chips were tasty and were done just right tho near $14 is expensive for the size of fish, amount of Cole slaw, and tarter sauce. My friend had the Buffalo Wingman's Burger which was certainly a lot more for the $3 less compared to fish and chips - update: I've since had the burger and definitely recommend! Gluten free bun options are smart to have but since health is the new watchword I'd like even more from TGI - specifically, reduce that added sodium! The Buffalo Wingman's Burger has 3260mg of sodium which is stupid much, well above the typical healthy recommendation of 1500mg a day. I'm calling out all chain restaurants on their added sodium. It seems their processed ingredients end up so dead of flavor they have to add it back in. Health issues from excessive sodium are well documented and give good reason to leave 1 Star reviews for all chains until they fix that. On the upside, I'll leave 4/5 as the dining experience here is consistently great. TGI servers have been solid people despite a busy night or a boring one.
Great waitress. We were visiting with friends and we kept talking. Our waitress did not get annoyed. Food was good. My husband had boneless wings. Said they were dry. I had Cobb salad and was tasty. The tomatoes mushy. But we enjoyed ourselves and would recommend for lunch.
