Great service, fair price, and most of all, the staff are honest! I went to Beck's Auto Center last week for regular maintenance (e.g. oil change, component inspection) and inspection of the noise coming from the front when driving on the highway. The problem was resolved for a fair price (much lower than I estimated). In addition, according to the report I received, I believe that the staff made a detailed inspection of my car. It's my first visit, and I will definitely visit again for my future service needs.
I love this place. They are honest and will really tell you what is urgent to be repaired and what can wait. The staff is also very nice and accommodating.
Wife's vehicle began to misfire so she drove it straight to Beck's. They immediately worked her in to their schedule, diagnosed the problem, replaced the ignition coil and test drove to verify repair and had her on her way within an hour. Beck's has always done excellent work at a very fair price. Staff is always friendly and honest about the work that needs to be done or in some cases, not necessary. I always look to Beck's first when needing to have work done on my vehicles.
The staff are honest and respectful. As a woman I always get a bit nervous going to a new mechanic, but these guys didn't talk down to me and were happy to explain their recommendations (that weren't unnecessary). I'll be taking my car in for future services.
