Slow slow slow! They did beat competitors price bit dam I would had paid the extra if I knew! Took 25 mins to get through line to drop truck off at 1130.. I arrive back at 4 to pick it up (told them when I dropped it off I would be back at 4 ) well wait 10 minutes in line to get told they haven't even got to it yet! I know guys that can change engines out faster than these guys can put tires on!
If I was just reviewing the service I would give them 5 stars. Fixed my flat for free and aired up my other tires. But they told me it would be a 2 and a half hour wait. I went back after 3 hours and they hadn't even looked t my car yet. It was close to 5 hours. I don't mind that it took forever, especially when they did it for free. But tell me its going to take 5 hours, don't swear it will take 3 and end up needing 2 extra hours for some reason?
The employee who helped me, Mason was great. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. The service was very quick as well! Replaced all four tires and also willingly looked at other areas of concern, which was extremely kind of them.
Awesome service and went above and beyond. Called and made an appointment ahead of time. When I got there it was incredibly busy, but they promised they'd get me out in under an hour. Fixed my flat for free (got the tire from there) and when my car died in the parking lot one of the employees grabbed his personal vehicle to jump me. Customer service so good I was inclined to write a review.
I went in today with a rather confusing work order for them. They took the time to understand my needs and made sure they got it right before working on my vehicle. Price was reasonable for work done and the waited less time then originally quoted! Will be returning.
