I'd like to thank Paul at Firestone Lafayette. He is friendly, knowledgeable and an asset to the company. My wife and I both take our vehicles to this location for tires and other work and we will continue to do so. Reading the other reviews... I'm not sure why people would take extensive work that clearly should go to a dealership to a place that does light-moderate service. Excellent facility and the technicians do a good job.
For a 4-wheel alignment only fixing 3 wheels does not make anything better. The whole process they sound like they can’t fix it but still charge me is a completely normal thing. I felt robbed. They could tell me when they notice they cannot fix the problem and just call me to pick it up and go somewhere else. But they didn’t. Apparently, they wanted to make Easy Money.
Took my mom's Ford 500 here for a pre-sale inspection. These guys made up a list totaling well over $2000 in "necessary repairs" making sure to mention the impending issues should we ignore their advice. Complete frauds! Just fix your car with an ice pick and granola well before asking Firestone to do any mechanic things.

When I went to pick up the car, the guy name Paul told me they are finishing up. After 20 minutes when my car is ready, they told me they can’t fix one of the wheels and do not know what is wrong with the wheel but all the other 3 wheels are fixed. They said I need to go to the dealership or a body shop. So, eventually they still charge me 90 dollars for making my car worse.

I would suggest everyone around me to stay away from this shop! This is the first time I was told by a store that they don’t know what is the problem and still charge me the same price. Worst experience ever!
up to wait for 2 hours for a alignment that they had nobody to do.
