Called in at 8 this morning to set up an appointment for my wife for an oil change, tire rotation and balance, and change a tire on her 09 Chev HHR. I made it for 1:00p.m. Now... I was a little bit worried when the guy said, "You'll have to have her tell us when she gets here because there's not enough room to write all that on the board." I'm thinking to myself, "Do you not have a exciting new invention called a paper form?!?" But anyway, my wife took it in at 12:50 and told them everything that needed to be done. Two hours later at 3:00 they told her it was done. When she got there, they hadn't rotated and balanced the tires!!! Two hours WITH an appointment, to change a tire and oil. When she asked them why they didn't rotate and balance the tires, the guy said "He forgot, and that he didn't have room to write all of that down on the board". Beware of this location. Make sure you write everything down FOR them, and make sure you have PLENTY of time. Apparently the appointments you make mean nothing.
