These guys are great, they know what they are doing and get the car in and out quickly. Highly recommend!
Took in a few tires that I needed to have balanced and one repaired. Was quoted a price that was steeper than I'd expected for all that was needed. But agreed and left the tires with them. Next day I call the shop to see if they had completed them, was told no and it would be around 3pm... 3:30 I called again and still not done. Decided that was more than enough time and went to shop and picked them up and took them to Star tires®Best One tire and they went right to work on them and even kept the shop open past their closing time on a Friday to finish them! And for $40 less than Unique was going to charge. Never will I go there again and I will spred the word!!!
Unique Auto is amazing! They are great at getting your car in asap as well as keeping you informed as to what is needed to repair your vehicle.
Was kept in the loop on all the repairs I needed done on both my car and truck, and very satisfied with their service. They're a little higher priced from what I'm used to paying, but not obnoxiously so. I'd recommend them for any vehicle you plan on keeping for a while.
