Great customer service. I wish they were carrying as many cute styles as they used too. Much of their ladies clothes is to conservative or unexciting stules/ patterns.

Okay. One of the things Macys was out of so I had to order 2, thankfully it will be delivered to my home so I don't have to make another trip. I continued my shopping gathering some things to try on and the PA said they were closing an hour earlier than usual, but I had a 45 minute warning so rushed and found 2 pair of levi's. Happy for that. I like Macys, good customer service.
Ashley in the Clinique dept. Was awesome! Very friendly n helpful! I have been shopping at Macy's for a long time and I am usually met with a "you don't belong here" attitude however Ashley is a gem! Thanks again you made my day! You need more friendly staff like her.
