What a disgusting place, if you care about animals then don't go here. They never clean their animals and leave the heat lamps on chicks who are way too old to have them. They also constantly overcrowd cages/pens and have sick animals all the time. I have rescued plenty of sick rabbits from here and I have only ever met a couple nice workers here the rest are just a bunch if crude, nasty people. The manager is also a total air-head. Their store is always dirty and I've been here multiple times and have seen un-happy customers leaving.
I love this place. Best place to purchase my dog food. Plus complimentary popcorn as i browse the store.
I haven't shopped here in a long time, about a year and I'm planning on keeping it that way.
I love rural king, but this Location is pretty sad. The store was an absolute wreck!! Many of the reviews I've read said the customer service was great... Can't say I agree with that... the cashiers I've dealt with have been extremely rude and very awkward.
I haven't been here for a while but it is much more organized, neater and tidier than the last time. Great selection of pet care products as well as farm animal care products, clothes, shoes, lawn care, paint needs, home decor, some hard to find food items, holiday items and walking in that fresh popped popcorn! Prices from super cheap to bring some money with you. Staff all very helpful and friendly.
