I had previously gone to another Ear, Nose and Throat Specialist that told me there was nothing he could do to help my ear from feeling like it had water in it or the sensation that I was standing in a tunnel talking. I suffered for months with this condition and the "other" Dr said it might open up in 6 weeks or it could be 6 years!!!! He never suggested I come back to see him and I never went back to him again!!!! In the meantime, my Oncologist recommended a wonderful Dr by the name of Timothy Cupero and what a difference a GOOD Dr. can make!!!! Don't go to any other ENT Dr.! Dr. Cupero is compassionate, very smart and easy on the eyes!!!!

I had chronic sinusitis for years and my family dr could not figure out what was wrong with me... even after doing every test in the book. My dentist actually referred me to dr. Cupero and i am so glad! Turns out my sinuses were full of polyps!!!! He told me what was going on IMMEDIATELY and scheduled me for surgery. They were very helpful over the phone and had no problems answering any questions. They even called my insurance company numerous times to see why it was denied, which led to it then being approved. They went above and beyond to help make sure i acrually got the surgery so i could finally feel better!
During the surgery him and his staff were seriously THE BEST. I do not have anything bad to say about any one of them.. although i did have to get stuck 3 different times before the nurse got a successful IV. SUPER caring and SUPER kind. They do a great job of keeping the family informed during the procedure.
