Ok, I have been here twice with my mom for her wrist. I completely understand them being busy, but that shouldn't mean they aren't friendly. The receptionists were sweet as can be. We get to the back, and, the lady removing her cast, barely said anything other than ordering her around! She's 54 and van hear just fine. Rude!
Dr. Torok fixed my collarbone after I crashed my bicycle. He was always friendly, answered all of my questions and was pleasant. Some doctors come across rude or impatient like they want to get you in and out and he wasn't like that. My collarbone is healed. I will probably go back and ask for him by name when I can get the plate removed. He did a great job!
