TOOK MY FRIEND TO THE DENTAL CLINIC.AFTER HE HAD TO WAIT OVER A MONTH TO HAVE A LOOSE TOOTH PULLED. WHEN WE GOT THERE THE WAITING ROOM HAD NO HEAT I SIT THERE AN HOUR FREEZING. I ASK THE RECEPTIONIST ABOUT THE HEAT, SHE OFFERED ME A BLANKET. WILL NEVER GO BACK PATHETIC.
I have been trying to get ahold of them for awhile just to talk to ONE person i have left multiple voice messages and they never call me back. I'm glad it's not a consenting reason. So just a heads up if you go to riggs and your trying to contact your doctor about something you might think it concerning DONT just go to the hospital.
I went to the riggs clinic about 12 years ago and it was a horrible place. I recently returned and don't mind it at all!!! Fast and nice :)
Absolute worst customer service and most unprofessional medical staff I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. If I could give 0 stars I would.
