I would give them a zero star if I could. They just turned my 4 month old daughter and pregnant girlfriend away and wouldnt even look at my daughter becuase they wouldn't except her insurance. We offered to pay out of pocket and they still denied us.
I live out of town, nurse did 2 test, came back negative for specific DX. Dr. Came in looked down throat found another DX, prescribed Meds and sent me on my way. FU call 3days later. I'm feeling good. Thank you
I visited this location on 06/06/17 with a cut to my ring finger from being smashed in a door they sent me on my way with no X rays or stitches. After two weeks the cut had not healed and was extremely swollen. let me remind you they handed me a gauze and ace badge and showed me the door. So i went to another urgent care in Lafayette and my finger was broken and healed wrong due to not having a splint. This place pushes people in and out as fast as possible DO NOT GO!!!!
They rush u not kind at all. ...at least until you tell them which insurance you have. Certain insurances they accept but then when you get there suddenly the Dr that covers that insurance isn't there so they can't take you in..so basically some insurances are accepted SOMETIMES. I Went in with my kids. I had to pay copay for my insurance. We all had same sickness....i got treated wwwaaaaayyyyy better than my kids.!!!!! That's just wrong!
Don't bother to go here unless you want a lecture that you need to go find your own primary Doctor. When a person can't afford insurance its sort of hard to go find your "own" Doctor. A little compassion would be helpful when one is sick. I won't be going back.
