Waited at an appointment for family member. When said appointment was over, receptionist violated their privacy. Family member or not, I am not entitled to know any details about ANYTHING, correct?
I don't know who hires their employees but very few of them actually know what they are talking about or care about the patients. They would rather hire friends and family then people who have actual experience and god forbid you bother them by checking on your application, they throw you off everything you apply for after you call, they send you e-mails that do not list the position you are no longer being considered for, there is a total lack of empathy, care or business acumen. No one there knows anything about insurance or even what the office takes. I tried to make an appointment and the girl on the phone admitted she didn't know what I was talking about as far as my insurance being taken in the office, really.
I was recently diagnosed with breast cancer. I have had several test, surgery and consultations with other doctors for up coming treatments.I have gotten the best care anyone could ask for.Everyone has been very kind and compassionate.
If you are looking for a doctor, this is not the place. They are far overbooked. They offered me an appointment a week away, but I got in after two days due to a cancellation. When I asked for directions, they told me to turn the wrong way. When I called back, they hung up on me. I finally ended up twenty minutes late due to their mistake and they told me they only allow ten minutes total per patient. They turned me away even thought I hadnt slept in two weeks due to insomnia, telling me to come back in another week or in February. Their quality of patient care is low. They show a complete lack of care and concern for their clients. Ten minutes per patient (including waiting times) is not enought to diagnose anyone correctly, I am a nurse, I would know. It is in this kind of environment that mistakes are made. If you value your health choose somewhere else. I wouldnt put my well-being into their hands and neither should you.
