I gave up. I support planned parenthood but not this planned parenthood. I'll just get a primary care physician to help me hopefully.
Went here to have IUD put in. From the moment I walked in the door I insisted on certain kind, and when I was lying down the doctor gave me the kind I specifically told them NOT to give me. So now Ive wasted nearly a thousand dollars on a procedure I asked specifically not to have, along with a medical procedure being done on my body that I didn't want. They didn't even give me any side effect information before or after.
I didn't even make it to my appointment. I called for confirmation today and was rudely told that they couldn't confirm my appointment. I made this appointment for birth control 3 weeks in advance and was told it couldn't be confirmed. My time is precious, if my appointment can't be confirmed and I show up and am told that it needs to be moved ect...I would be devastated.
Great experience. Was able to get my nexaplon taken out an a IUD put in place within the same week. The person who did the procedure was very nice and kind. Staff is friendly and building clean.
Friendly, caring staff. Generous discounts on prescriptions. Had the misfortune of being a patient while protesters gathered outside...the environment inside was safe and professional. Support your local Planned Parenthood!
