I really appreciated everything this Agent has done for me and my family. Always goes the extra mile to help. Great staff and knowledgeable, I would definitely recommend this to office if you want a Agent with experience.
Horrible customer service. Everyone in the office tells you something completely different. When involved in an accident that wasn'tmy fault they did not provide any assistance in getting it all settled, I had to deal with everything myself. Very unprofessional, and they were surprised when I dropped them. They don't even deserve the 1 star I had to give them. Save yourself a headache, or worse, and find a better company and/or agent.
