This review has been a long time coming - Can I just start by saying, these guys really are the best around. My husband bought my engagement ring from them 2 years ago. We've had nothing but great things to say about them ever since. They worked with us from day one - ensuring that everything was perfect (and I mean that, PERFECT). Worked with my husband to make sure he was completely satisfied with his purchase, down to the last fine detail. They have greeted us with smiles and treated us like old friends since the day we met them. They know us by name, and don't rely on a computer or customer number to look us up when we visit. I don't have to send my rings away for a week to have them cleaned and inspected, they do it on the spot - and they do it right. They have even started servicing jewelry that was not purchased from them. Forget about the big chain jewelry stores, you won't find a place like this in any mall. Mike and Sam are genuinely great guys - something you don't find very often anymore. Thank you both for everything!
