Greedy and dishonest. Ramz's people took a collection that took 10 years and 100's & 100's of dollars to build and only offered 25$. Staff refused to take antiques, jewelry, only took pure silver or gold. Very unprofessional and lies about the total value of what is brought in. We felt cheated and will not return. Avoid this place!

RamZs is a unique place to shop. There are always new items in the store. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Most of my purchases have been jewelry...If you have jewelry needs go see Harmony. She is super nice, helpful and knows what she is talking about when it comes to jewelry. RamZs is a great place to shop.
The staff was very courteous and answered all of my questions that they knew the answers to. They went to the trouble of looking up the best solution to my query on my purchase. This is the reason I've been a customer of this family owned business for years.
This place is way overstuffed with random things that are severely overpriced and poorly sorted, and the staff are incredibly rude. I wanted a ring resized and they treated me like I was an idiot for not knowing the size I needed immediately. I will not be returning and I suggest anyone looking to buy or sell anything reasonably steer clear of these guys.
