My husband's first band came in late - we were having a destination wedding so that was kind of a big deal. when we finally recieved that band, he decided it was to big, so we took it in to have it resized. They quoted us 4-6 weeks but almost promised it would be back in 2-3. Nearly seven weeks later and we still have no ring. In fact, when my husband called to check on the status of the ring, the person on the phone was extremely rude and offered no help. Very dissapointed with the service we received after spending so much money and choosing their business out of the multiple that are located in the vicinity. Would not recommend.
