Update on 10/06/17 - after submitting the required documentation I have not heard back from the hotel. I have sent 3 emails requesting feedback and called as well. They say they will get back with me but they do not.. If this issue is solved, I will update my review.
I stayed there last week and got charged twice for the same day. When I called, they said I had two reservation and one was a no-show but no one told me about it when I checked in and the person on the phone was not very polite or helpful. Not to mention the horrible breakfast. Economy hotel does not have to have bad service. I am trying to solve the issue with my travel agency and I will keep update this review

They were very friendly and helpful! Pool was great! Clean room, just all around nice hotel.
This place is the place to stay if you want a great value along with great service from staff and a comfortable room. Recent remodeling and updates are making it even better.
We have stayed here multiple times in the past but tonight someone named Rick was working and gave us a very hard time about our KFB corporate discount. Never had a problem at any other locations. Plenty of other choices on this exit.
They were doing some remodeling but overall our stay was very comfortable and they made sure we had what we needed. Breakfast is great too! Hot and cold options to choose from. We also asked for coffee at 3:30pm and they brewed fresh for us.
