Rude sales staff had to go out of our way to get helped. Was told they would up charge to deliever to our area and refused to work out anything. Better of going to lehnen's.
Go to Furniture Row. Kittle's had a poor selection and they didn't seem eager for our business.
I've purchased 2 custom sofas, a chair, and an ottoman from Nancy. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. All of my purchases have been seamless. We had an issue with a defective chair, they sent a repairman out right away. He was very professional and friendly. He felt the chair could not be repaired adequately so Kittles returned it without a fuss and I purchased something else. I've dealt with other sales people there as well, they've all been friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend Kittles; they offer excellent products and great customer service.
We found a nice off white leather couch and a matching leather chair. Credit app was smooth and sales agent was very nice, non-pushy and courteous--she has been an agent for many years. Delivery was as promised and there were no issues. What else could we ask for? This was at the Lafayette, IN store.
Im glad I didn't buy more from there. I won't be shopping here again.
I bought a couch and love seat in december , still haven't received it and was told originally it would be here early april, then it was late April, now its Late May… supposed to be here May 27th now, we will see if that happens. I am very disappointed with the service from Kittles (supposed to be one of the best places in town to get furniture)
