This impressed my uncle so much that he stated that he would not stay anywhere else while visiting Lafayette. Which he does three to four times a year.
Phenomenal hotel. Little hiccups since it just opened, for example the pull-out couch lacked bedding, but staff is quick to correct. It's a very customer service-focused hotel, instantly welcoming, and gorgeous. Julian at the front desk is the best. Loved it here.
Julian at the front desk was more than accommodating by anticipating our needs.

Julian had seen that my uncle had a crutch and asked if we would like a wheelchair and was very prompt and polite.
We couldn’t get a reservation anywhere in the city then we heard this hotel had just opened - perfect timing! This place is absolutely beautiful. I haven’t stayed at another hotel like it. The front desk staff told me the pool is a salt water pool! We didn’t have a chance to swim but it looked very relaxing. The rooms are very contemporary and bigger than a lot of other hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We look forward to staying here again.
My family and I loved it here! Everyone one made us feel so welcome. The hotel was beautiful. Our room was very clean and had all the accommodations (except a microwave). They have a resteraunt/bar area that was nice and convenient, but there were restaurants all around this hotel for even more convenience.
Staff very accommodating and professional! Went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Lady in breakfast area on New Year's Day took very good care of my family! Front desk young man on New Year's Eve made sure we had everything we needed including adjoining rooms and extra towels for the pool.
