Dan is the Man,
Words cannot express the gratitude that we have for this kind man of God. Dan helped us find our first home. It takes a very patient individual to appeal to my strong personality, and Dan was that individual. We looked at dozens of homes, and he continued to be patient and kind as my family and I [new to Lafayette] searched for our first home. He even gave us pointers on how we should budget our money (since buying a home could get costly). He was there to support us when he had our first and second child (we have pictures).
After 5 years, he also helped us sell our home. Although there were many complication (with the buyer), Dan was there to let us know that everything was going to work out great! His positive attitude made the [sometime harsh] process bearable. There were times we just wanted to just sell the [darn] house, Dan kept a level head and assured us that we had something special that another family could benefit from. Even after we sold our home, Dan continued to keep in contact with us to ensure that he would be there to the end.
