Relating this to the management office, this place is the largest office filled of incompetent workers. It's the only office known to be filled with open-ended lies. I never thought it would be this difficult to deal with moving in/out of a house. If you appreciate your time, save it by avoiding this office and not waiting around for them to show up on time.
Titan Management is a great place to work for and to rent from! Titan does well with working with tenants and getting everything the tenants need. Owners are great people to work for. They are willing to go far above and beyond for all employees and all tenants. I have rented and worked for multiple companies and lived with multiple management companies and none have ever reached my satisfaction like Titan Management. If you are looking for somewhere to rent I HIGHLY recommend Titan Management !
I moved to Lafayette, In from Florida three years ago. Since I was new to the area and never rented before (owned my home) I went to Titan Property Management.
Couldn't be happier with this company. Always on top of any maintenance, very willing to help when life happens. Very understanding and professional staff. Recommend them to everyone.
After writing this review I was curious to read what other people wrote and I am in complete shock at how many bad reviews there are. I'm going to be 100 right now and say Titan could have my family on the streets right now but have choosen to be very compassionate and work with us. We have fallen behind on rent bc we fell into some really bad luck. And instead of doing what they were well within their rights to do they have offered suggestions and ideas to help us get back on top of things. Any maintenance request I have made have been answered within 48 hours. Titan has treated us like family. And I would feel 100 percent comfortable putting my 85 year old grandmother in on of their properties.
They placed me in a lovely one bedroom and I remained there for one year. I had a two year lease but could not keep going up the stairs. They found me a lovely apartment which I am in and the rent remained the same. There service for repairs have been reliable and issues resolved.
