Crap customer service, false release times and they tell you items still under contract despite being "month to month". Have two cell phones and one watch, never go over data and pay 220 a month.....monopolizing assholes..Ps stores full of commissioned know it alls who don't know anything...going to switch carriers.
Promptly took us to the side, purchased new one, tech put it on...out the door!
I waited over one hour to be helped. There were three employees helping customers. Two of them were still helping the *same* customers when I left without being helped or even updated on my wait time. While I was waiting a manager and another employee took the time to turnover the wall displays from GoT to iphone ads. I am unclear why that was a priorty over helping the other waiting customers. When I left, I had to unlock the door to let myself out as it was past the 8:00 closing time. The greeter followed me out, and without saying anything locked the door behind me.
I usually go to this store as I prefer it over the others. It is not closer to my home but there is a woman there named Katherine. I always get lucky enough to have her as the person helping me and she makes each experience so easy. She seems to have been there for a while so she's very efficient and friendly. And so so helpful. Love Katherine!
Went in to switch service from Sprint, I ported over 4 lines after being told that the discount from my work would be 25% off the data portion of the bill. After asking for the Unlimited Choice Plus family plan I found out a few days later that I was activated on the Unlimited Choice (capped data speed). They also messed up porting one of my numbers over, which took 2 days to correct and forgot to install a sim card in one of our phones. I was also told from customer service that my plan does not qualify for the employee discount. I called this local store back to ask why I was misled about my plan's discount and pricing, the manager never offered an apology or remedy to the situation. If you aren't going to take accountability for your employees then I don't want to do business with you. I'll never return to this store again, and may just return my devices and cancel all together.
