Very friendly and has the best deals on appliances
Owner is not very friendly like he could care less if u do business with him or not
My wife and I went into Ed's in September 2013 to look for a used washer and dryer to purchase for our house we were moving into January 2014. We bought a used pair for a total of $600, including delivery, installation and taxes. He let us put the set on Layaway with $100 down and just said we had to have it payed off by January. It is now 3 years later and the pair still works like brand new.
Note: I looked into the pricing for the loaners and installation fees, and financially you are better off using the laundromat while placing a set on layaway than paying for the loaner.
