Phenomenal customer service. The store is easily the best option in town for phone repair. They always have iPhone parts in stock and are able to do the repairs in 2 hours every time. I would definitely recommend this store over the other repair stores in Lafayette, as they are known throughout Indiana and Michigan for exceptional care of their customers, and honoring the lifetime warranties on repairs. FIVE STARS!!!!!!
They fixed my phone fast and were kind enough to let me come get it a few min after closing.
Edited: Purchased a Sumsung S6 for approx $200. I used it for 2.5 weeks and then it spontaneously went into a factory reset mode and quit working. I took it back to Genius. They said it was bent, that I bent it by putting it in my back pocket, and so they wouldn't honor the 30-day guarantee because it was my fault. I, along w/ everyone else I know, have put every phone I've ever owned in my back pocket and have never had one bend. I mean mine is a magnificently strong bum and so maybe it could be (not very, but a little) possible for my fine ass to bend the phone - however, it definitely shouldn't have done so in less than 3 weeks of use. My guess is that the phone was structurally damaged before and so already weakened when I purchased it. I understand these are refurbished phones and will wear out quicker than new, but that is why there SHOULD BE a 30-day guarantee that is honored by the company. Or else they should be much cheaper, as the phone quality clearly wasn't equivalent to $200.
