Careless.
I brought in my HTC phone to get the charging port replaced. They replaced it in the time they said the would and it worked great. When they fixed the charging port the speaker used to make calls was damaged. It was under warranty, and they fixed it for no additional charge. I am happy that I get to keep my phone and not have to buy a new one. They do great work, and make sure that they don't stop until everything is fixed. I was told at Best Buy I would have to buy a new phone because it would cost more to fix than to buy a new phone. They were wrong. It was a fraction of the cost of a new phone. If you have an issue with your phone go here first.
Reply to owner. Have my retina plug repaired that you carelessly bent 3 prongs on and then advised me it needed a new $1200 motherboard because of a blown backlight fuse. Which you didn’t test to confirm. Backlight in fact is not blown. Issue was bent prongs. Display works.

By far the the best repair shop I've been to, I had 2 broken screens and a speaker in the headset I was told would never work.. With In 2 hours a tech had both phones repaired and even fixed the speaker in the headset. Anyone who has a phone that can be repaired and doesn't use the guys are really missing out!
