The customer service was less than desirable and I strongly recommend not going there if you need a battery replaced.
After an apology from the employee we were told we were out of a phone until a new one would be ordered. My wife works in the medical field on call and her phone is a vital part of that. After coming back the next day once the phone was removed from the table we found that the phone would turn on for 2 minute intervals at a time in order to text the 50 gb of data to another phone in order to save all the pictures. We were also told then that we weren't going to be able to get a phone for at least a week. After telling the person that is unacceptable that we needed it sooner he proceeded to tell me that they are no longer getting a profit and it is rough on them. With my wife losing call, we are losing more money than they were as a company.

Great guys who even changed out the battery in my APC unit for me. I would definitely buy from them again.
I looked online and found out they can test laptop batteries and see if they are defective or what the issue could be. I went into the store and they had signs up advertising they could do that, however they CAN NOT! The gentleman at the counter said they no longer do that but he could sell me a new battery for $105-$110 roughly. Why would I pay for a new battery if that is maybe the issue, not a definite. I feel the company only wants money and not to find solutions first. Might retry and purchase a battery from them, if I can properly diagnose that the battery is the issue.
Marshall went above and beyond to help me. He gave me a great deal, walked the 2 heavy batteries to my truck and arranged help for me on install. I'll never go anywhere else again!!
We took my wife's phone in Saturday after calling them advance to make sure that the swapping out of an iphone battery did not wipe out the memory to verify if we needed to back up her phone before going. With us being in town at the time it seemed like a good time to take the phone in to get a new battery as we live about 30 minutes away.
Since then they "expedited" it to 5 days for our new phone. We still are waiting and have been given nothing for a loaner or even an upgrade from our current phone. We will be getting a refurbished phone and out of a week.
Once we got there the guy there verified that everything would be fine on changing out the battery and he would have it done in 10-15 minutes. About 15 minutes later he came out saying that our battery exploded. After going back to look at the phone we also found out that the phone melted to the table. To me this is a clear indicator that the heat gun was used excessively on the phone to remove the adhesive which caused the battery to explode. This in turn made the frame of the phone hot enough to also melt to the table.
Once we got the refurbished phone, the camera had dirt on the lens. We had to go back in again to have them replace that camera. Once that was replaced, the new one stopped working properly about a week later. Nothing but problems with this service.
