The service we received from our sales representative Joseph S. was exceptional. He helped us to pick out the best mattress and get the best deal we could on it. We even received two thank you cards from him in the mail. This was our second mattress purchase from Denver Mattress and we'll likely purchase from there again in the future.
I spent a considerable amount of time on 2 consecutive days working with Sherry who helped me select the right mattress fit for me. My time was well-spent as I felt Sherry went above & beyond to answer all my questions & to ensure I had a positive shopping experience. Kudos to Denver Mattress & most especially to Sherry.
Absolutely exceptional service!!!! Everything you would want from a furniture company. I walked in with my brother not knowing anything about buying a mattress other than what google can tell you in 5 min of reading. I tell the saleswoman what I think I'm looking for and my budget and she immediately has about 4 or 5 in mind that she has me try. I try a few as she's telling me about each of the specs but I really don't know which one I like more. And here's why I'm giving a five star rating ...... she did a muscle test with me to help me determine which mattress worked best with my body. It was unbelievable. We found out really quickly which one was best!!! Not only did I get a bed that has changed my life but what was above and beyond was I the fact that I was moving within a few days a few states away and without even hesitating she gets on the phone with a branch in the city closest to my new home and schedules them to deliver it the day I move in so I have my new mattress to sleep on. It was awesome. My sales rep helped me get a great deal and the best part was that I never had to step into the store. We did everything over the phone and via email. The delivery was perfect. This is the place to buy a mattress!!!
