I went in not knowing what I wanted or needed. The sales associate was very knowledgeable in what she felt would best suit my needs based on what I told her. She showed me many different options and explained each in detail.
The staff is awesome to work with. Patient and knowledgeable. I have had back surgery recently and they were great to work with choosing the best bed for us. Definitely recommend.
I had an awesome experience with the employees when I went there. They were very polite and outgoing. They always seem to be In a great mood. They also had my best interest in mind. And new the answers to all the questions I asked. I would recommend this place over all the other mattress store here. 5 stars all the way.
We had a great experience financing our new mattress. The sales associate Sarah was wonderful. She knew all the products very well and had answered all of our questions without any hesitation. I would definitely come back and I would definitely work Sarah again.
Sarah was genuinely a great salesperson. I've never been bed shopping before and she broke it down to me in the simplest way possible....AND got me approved for a bed I wasn't even looking for. She was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable, just like the beds I laid in! I was wowed the entire time and I recommend anyone looking for a bed to come to Mattress Firm!!!
