The staff & deliver people were very nice & friendly, of course they desire to sell you a mattress. The quality of mattress I bought had 800 coils, was queen sized, felt firm enough when lying on the mattress in the store, so I bought one, & a low profile box spring. After JUST 5 months you could feel the coils hitting my spine. Very disappointed in the quality, the price was $700.00 I didn't think to ask about a warranty, just thought one would come with it. I am giving this store a 1 because the quality is not there. Now I have to buy another new mattress & it sure won't be from this store.
