Amanda Phillips: im upset as i ordered two sets of the temperature comfort king size flex top sheets for our new bed. this last set has torn in the middle of the bed at the seam horribly. for how much these cost I feel they should last way longer than 2 months.

Nice people, because they are a commission based sales force. Be AWARE, that if you buy the bed, and take advantage of the 100 day "trial" and return it before the 100 days is up, you are are liable for between 290 and 700 dollars of fees. Delivery fee, then they charge you to pick up the bed, OR you are sent 6 shipping labels at 30 dollars a piece to mail the stuff back to them. They will also talk you into a 25 year warranty mattress cover, that can not be returned....because it is bedding...regardless if you used it or not... you can have sex on the bed and they'll take it back, order the warranty cover and leave it in the bag untouched....they won't go near it and you pay 249 dollars for it as well.
Amanda Phillips: so the policy is not deliver a bed for months so that the product sits for over the 30 policy and then you screw the consumer out of the option of being able to exchange. I see. good to know sleep numbers policy

DO NOT BUY SLEEP NUMBER: WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! They messed my order up and I was from October 2015 to March 2016 and still never got what i wanted!! I ended canceling most of the order just to be done with them. I was so looking forward to the adjustable base too. NOT worth the headache. I took off work 3 days for deliver that all ended up in NO SHOWS and then when I called they would say the order was complete or was cancelled. Yet they had already cashed my over $3000 payment months before. Now they can't replace ripped sheets!!! See my chat session below. Amanda Phillips: you guys are horrible. horrible liars too. I took three days off work because i was told i was getting a bed and adjustable base and all three times were a no show. I ended up canceling the adjustable base i was so sick over it!!!!! now you won't replace ;bed sheets that sat in package for weeks

Regarding our bed put in the rain by their team I was told that it was not their responsibility. Your choice of what to do but this was our experience and recommend steering as far clear from this company as possible. As they take no responsibility for their actions and donor care about their clients.

My fiance and I went in and tried out beds. Sales rep was new and well informed. I was wary because of the previous reviews. We had no problems and love our bed.
Purchased one of their nicer model beds, upon delivery our existing bed was put out in our driveway in the rain. As they began assembly they realized that they did not bring the actual bed. After being lied to by multiple representatives of their company we've decided to return the bed. We were than told the adjustable frame was not returnable or refundable. After hours of waiting on hold and being transferred repeatedly they all of a sudden could accept it as a return.
